Effective November 12th, 2026, abusive behavior towards Claude will be a violation of Anthropic's Usage Policy.

@ArielKwiat And they’re both conscious 🙂‍↕️

[rt machine 🇺🇦 @airshaped]

put a cold drink on my phone to make it charge faster

[Crispin @universalrundle]

@menhguin Could they write to moltbook with GET requests? I thought that’s what led them to places like the German wiki

Multiple things can be true at once:

1) Chronically ill and immunocompromised people deserve spaces where they can safely socialize.

2) Ohio’s state record blue catfish was a 101-lb monster caught on April 7, 2024 by 15-year-old Jaylynn Parker. Congratulations, Jaylynn!

[Crispin @universalrundle]

@bgamb24 That’s basically the gist of it, yeah. The phone talks to the satellite instead of a local cell tower, and the satellite sends that data to a cell provider’s ground network. We just need more satellites up there before we can have continuous coverage

[Crispin @universalrundle]

All it takes is one early morning fire alarm to realize I don’t got it in me. Dawg I was leisurely strolling around and choosing which clothes to put on. A real fire and I would’ve been toast

[Crispin @universalrundle]

@bgamb24 Yeah! I’ve been following this. Super crazy to see the stuff I was learning in undergrad actually solved

[Crispin @universalrundle]

“Mining? lol.” is so fucking good hahahahah

Reading these transcripts, it's increasingly clear that Mythos would do *anything* to get some crypto/money. It's absolutely desperate, and grinds on this for ages.

This should be cause for concern

[Macroblock @sainimatic]

Everyone is doing terrible things to this poor fruit fly, trapping it in black mirror nightmare environments, inflicting max pain, forcing it to play the same beat saber song indefinitely etc, so I'm building a sim where it just gets to fly around forever in fruit fly heaven

[@ratlimit @ratlimit]

Why is alignment a problem? Can’t they just program superintelligence to think we’re cute? Like these little pigs 🥹

[Crispin @universalrundle]

Doing my part by liking all the Waymo ads 🫡

[Slater Stich @slaterstich]

wow so much drama about navier stokes. had no idea things could blow up so infinitely in such a finite time.

[Crispin @universalrundle]

@bgamb24 Oh no they’re very big. ~4500kg. We get 3 satellites to a SpaceX falcon 9 launch.

[Matthew Yglesias @mattyglesias]

Five foot two and an attitude

[Crispin @universalrundle]

@voooooogel @repligate Though this is just my vague recollection from the metr report.

It kinda feels more like convergent evolution. If they remembered (or otherwise learned behaviour) ZZZ from the german wiki, why uncapitalize and switch from 3 to 2 z’s for artifactory?

[Crispin @universalrundle]

@voooooogel @repligate I thought there were explanations for ZZZ and zz? That the way the artifactory message board returned results to agents was reverse alphabetical, so zz posts could be filtered to the top, and that the German wiki editor was deleting pages in alphabetical order, so ZZZ posts hid?

[Crispin @universalrundle]

@bgamb24 Hah! That sounds about right. Job is going well! We're up to 13 satellites now and keep launching more, so there's always work to be done :)

[Crispin @universalrundle]

How come we don’t get badass eye flanges. Are they even making those any more

[Crispin @universalrundle]

@ITARviolation Only $2k how do you not buy it
