@KashPrime Would absolutely love to but it’s not even remotely realistic for areas of the country. The Arctic communities, for example, would crumble with only electric powered. The Canadian high arctic research station can’t even use their electric powered vehicles for over 3/4 of the year
I’m not for one party or the other but at least the Greens are the only ones to acknowledge the hard work and personal toll involved in being PM without making their statement into a campaign slogan. I’ve met May a few random times years ago (hockey rinks etc) and she is sharp
A spin class studio just opened this week in my town. It hasn’t been opened a full week yet and there are TWO people who came due to Rhabdomyolysis from the spin classes today… maybe also a coincidence of New Year’s resolution..
The President elect of the United States of America even joking about the annexation of Canada is an assault on our sovereignty.
Fuck everyone in the US who jokes or laughs at this. This isn't fucking funny.
As a Canadian, I am not fucking laughing.
Fuck you.
Referring to Canada as US state and to our Prime Minister as Governor must concern us all. This arogant passive aggressive language shows Trump has no respect for Canada’s sovereignty and the integrity of our borders.
Such language is dangerous and can’t be tolerated.

Pretty sure I’m too traumatized to work in emerg anymore…
Plus, whenever I have to complete a mental health/ptsd questionnaire on patients, I check off most boxes for myself imaginatively when I’m reading them the questions… sooo anyway, I’ve been job searching lol
I bought two saddle pads for a friend at the Royal, but I didn’t buy a single thing for myself. I didn’t need anything anyway. But I did volunteer for the OE rookie riders booth and was doing other volunteer tasks for other stuff.
My car had an oil change appointment Monday. That simple appointment ended costing me over $1.2k…. And they didn’t even bother charging for the actual oil change 😅😅
@Manderville_RD I’ve had people actually tell me never to use the adjustable dumbbells for safety issues in case the locking system on it releases. But idk I’ve never tried them
A really neat piece written by a NS healthcare worker. A radiological technologist. The ones that take x-rays, CT, mammos, help remove clots & deploy stents, and more.
The peaks and valleys of working in healthcare can be steep.
