You look at multiple metrics to get a fuller, more nuanced picture. That was the whole point of the original post, not to keep searching until you find the metric that confirms that ’Murica is numéro uno…we sort of know that already.
@KilianMuster Good man. Median wealth adjusted for PPP is a pretty good metric. Now imagine taking into account public safety, healthcare costs, peace of mind, stress levels and overall quality of life. It would be fascinating to see how countries would fare then.
