A few days ago when I posted about a school kid crossing the road from behind an auto, people said we should always cross from the front and the situation is this !

Nobody stops when a school bus stops in India !

The safe option for kids is to wait until the bus moves,have safe clearance on both sides,see and be seen and then cross 🤞
OR
must be accompanied by adults(parent or school attender), who do that safely and don't jay walk assuming vehicles would stop 🛑

Yesterday, bulldozers flattened around 300 homes along Delhi's Yamuna Ghat, leaving 1,200 people homeless.

They were told to shift to Rain Baseras, but are not willing to leave- some for sentimental reasons, many others because their livelihood is tied to the ghat.
