Though if you play games on Steam, it usually auto selects the game to run on dGPU even if your monitor is plugged on iGPU.

Windows has this feature already where you can set games to offload dGPU to iGPU. I do this to save power when not gaming.

@HikariSx @GenshinImpactMW Miliastra is not a dressing game the skins are optional. The main point of the mode is for User Generated Content for creators to make and share games. They also give incentive to creators. And different team is working on miliastra. Not a dressing game it's a game creation mode.
