@flyspicejet I had a horrible experience with Spicejet Airline for my flight from Delhi to Mumbai SG385 on 1st March 2025. Here is the sequence of events
1. I was at the Terminal 1D airport at 310AM and found out that the gate for Spicejet had been shifted to the ground floor.

@flyspicejet 8. They took almost an hour to let me get out and another 30 mins to return my Instrument bag and that too in a damaged condition.
9. I literally saw your employee dragging and bringing my bag in a horrible manner.

Requesting @PMOIndia and @MoCA_GoI to look into this at the earliest and stop airline companies from exploiting the artist community. There is no aid provided to the artists during such testing times. We can atleast hope the we won't be exploited during travel.

I am a musician and I was forced to pay ₹1200 for "special handling" of my instrument bag (which was not overweight)by @flyspicejet. It is absolutely immoral to charge artists in these difficult times when income sources for artists are extremely limited.
