After meeting Ramaphosa, we started hearing an organization name called Ubunsizwa Nobudoda Bayo Development. Once an organization is opened, a bank account follows and then government or CR17 can start filling the empty vessel to stop making the loudest noise.
Following today's Madlanga Commission proceedings, it would be a travesty of justice to allow Adv Andrea Johnson to return to office.
Every arrest, prosecution or decision taken by IDAC under her leadership, past or future, now face credibility and legitimacy questions.
Restoring public confidence requires a full accounting of the matters raised before the Commission today and that she and all those responsible be held accountable.
BREAKING NEWS: The Nkabinde Commission of Inquiry has, on the racketeering charges against members of the Cato Manor police unit, found that โevidence existed
which supported the institution of such charges against Major General Booysen and members of the Cato Manor Unit.โ
President Cyril Ramaphosa informed South Gauteng Director of Public Prosecutions, Advocate Andrew Chauke.
The #NkabindeInquiry also found that there was no credible
evidence upon which it could conclude that Chauke took prosecutorial decisions as
alleged in respect of the Cato Manor matter, or that he acted unlawfully in the
performance of his duty. #CatoManorSquad
Politician are informal collection of legally blind individuals with emotional attachment to individuals and issues. It can not be then that anything from that collective can be regarded as legal.
Good South Africans, this makes no sense at all.
An Ad Hoc committee full of politicians from all parties cleared Adv Andrea Johnson of wrongdoing. Yet the Madlanga Commission, investigating the exact same allegations raised by Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, has exposed her as incompetent, dodgy, and clearly unfit for office. How is this possible?
It simply proves the Ad Hoc committee was nothing but another wasteful political exercise. We cannot pin our nationโs future solely on politicians. ๐ฟ๐ฆ

Health Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi Welcomes the R326 Million Assets Forfeiture but Says Those Who Looted Tembisa Hospital Must Still Be Arrested and Prosecuted
Health Minister Dr Aaron Motsoaledi has welcomed the Johannesburg High Court's final forfeiture order of assets worth about R326 million linked to businessman Hangwani (Morgan) Maumela and his family trust. He said the ruling marked important progress but stressed that recovering assets alone was not enough.
Motsoaledi said those who enabled the alleged looting of Tembisa Hospital and the Gauteng Department of Health must be arrested and prosecuted. He also called for the full recovery of public funds, warning that no one should be allowed to enrich themselves using money meant for patient care.
The forfeiture order was granted to the National Prosecuting Authority's Asset Forfeiture Unit and covers multiple luxury properties in Ballito, Cape Town and the Johannesburg and Sandton areas, along with four Lamborghinis, a Bentley and a boat. The assets will be auctioned, with the proceeds ringfenced for Tembisa Hospital-related recovery.
The case forms part of investigations into the alleged looting of about R2 billion from Tembisa Hospital between 2019 and 2022. Motsoaledi said the court ruling should be followed by further action to ensure everyone responsible for the alleged corruption is held accountable and that stolen public money is recovered.

Believe it or not, there are many people who are going through what Adetshina is. People who were born in SA yet somehow because of different circumstances, they are struggling to prove that.
Home Affairs, Adetshina clash over identity as court reserves deportation ruling
The Department of Home Affairs and Chidimma Adetshina's legal team presented sharply conflicting arguments over her identity in the Cape Town Regional Court today, Monday as the former beauty queen fights to remain in South Africa.
Home Affairs argued that Adetshina is an illegal foreign national with no valid documentation and should be detained pending her deportation. The department also alleged that she obtained Nigerian passports for herself and her minor child and entered South Africa through Mozambique after applying for a South African visa in Lagos.
Her legal team rejected those claims, arguing that Adetshina was born in South Africa, has no meaningful ties to Nigeria, is not a flight risk, and that her citizenship remains the subject of a separate High Court challenge. They further contended that Home Affairs had not conducted a fair investigation into her own status before declaring her documents invalid.
The magistrate encouraged both parties to resolve the matter without the court's intervention, but no agreement was reached.
Judgment on whether Adetshina should be detained pending deportation has been reserved until 19 August.

Julius Malema and Panyaza Lesufi publicly celebrated the death of Goolam, a user on X that was constantly exposing them for who they are. They couldnโt wait for his death.
Goolam was found dead at his hotel room in Sandton, his devices were wiped out, some were stolen. My point is, the truth will eventually come out.
When you kill one, you are calling for more to be reborn. Goolam was killed, his death was covered. People think killing someone, will always keep their hands clean. Oh well thatโs how you invite more problems in your Life.
