Broker won't pay? Free broker check: bond, surety, authority age in 10 sec. $19 demand letter + bond-claim packet. Built for owner-operators. Not legal advice.
Before you book the next load, run the broker's MC. Free Broker Check shows authority status and the BMC-84/85 surety on file. If they already owe you on a delivered load, the $19 demand + bond packet is at https://t.co/A4fY6B5XhB

Paid early but short, with a "QP fee" you never chose? Quick pay is a contract term, not a federal fee. Ask in writing for the clause they relied on — or the difference. Free guide: https://t.co/sIT1zRQtpB

@BrokerOpsNotes@BrokerOpsNotes Yeah. Jot the date and what you checked while you're looking at it. Rebuilding that story after the money's late is how the file falls apart.
How long can you wait to file a broker bond claim? Don't wait. It's one $75,000 pool for every claim. Once FMCSA posts a broker's financial failure, claims are accepted for 60 days. https://t.co/gBI5uHw7UG #Trucking#OwnerOperator#Freight
@vyntrixlabs@vyntrixlabs That's the habit. Keep the signed rate con, BOL, POD, and gate times on one load file. A short pay gets a lot quieter when the paperwork is already together.
Delivered clean and now the broker wants to pay less than the rate con, or sends a "revised" one to sign? Don't sign it yet. Hold them to the rate you agreed to: https://t.co/1QwA93Y5bi #OwnerOperator#Trucking#Freight#CDL
¿El broker te descontó un "reclamo de carga" del flete? Una nota de daños en el POD, por sí sola, no es un reclamo. Pídelo por escrito y con monto, y cobra el saldo que no está en disputa.

Five hours left at $9. At midnight PT the unpaid-load packet (demand letter + letter to the broker's bond company) goes back to $19. You hauled it, you should get paid for it: https://t.co/A4fY6B5XhB #OwnerOperator#Trucking#Freight#CDL

Last day: the demand letter + bond claim packet is $9 until 11:59 PM PT tonight, then it goes back to $19. Broker sitting on your load money? Check their MC free first and see what they've got on file: https://t.co/A4fY6B5XhB #Trucking#OwnerOperator#TruckingLife#Freight
@DiamondPac3 Same here. Until it's out, you can still ask a broker in writing for the record on a load you hauled under 49 CFR 371.3. Check your carrier agreement first for a clause waiving it.
@ten4talks Been there. Check your factoring agreement for what docs they can actually require before funding. If the BOL is signed and the POD is clean, ask them in writing what's missing and when they'll fund.
Last call: the $9 launch price on our demand letter + bond claim packet ends tomorrow, Oct 31 (reg. $19). If a broker owes you on a delivered load, type their MC for a free preview first: https://t.co/A4fY6B5XhB #Trucking#OwnerOperator#Freight
Broker paid this load short and wrote "offset" on the remittance? Ask which load it's tied to, the amount, the proof, and the contract clause that allows it. Then dispute it in writing. Steps: https://t.co/k97Fyrzg7Q #Trucking#OwnerOperator#Freight
Double brokered and not paid? Don't hold the freight. Deliver, get a signed POD, and call the broker paying the freight at its FMCSA-listed number. Then send a written demand to the company on your rate con. Steps: https://t.co/QEOAsnnboQ #Trucking#Freight#DoubleBrokering
Still waiting on a broker for a delivered load? We're in your corner. Type their MC for a free preview, then get your demand letter + bond claim packet. $9 thru Oct 31 (reg. $19), LAUNCH10 auto-applied: https://t.co/A4fY6B5XhB #Trucking#OwnerOperator#Freight
Broker paid 45 days late? If your rate con or carrier agreement allows interest on past-due invoices, put the exact number in your demand. Free calculator, no signup: https://t.co/9jtHuKxVrv #Trucking#OwnerOperator#Freight
Red flags before you book: the phone number doesn't match FMCSA, the rate is way above market, they ask your driver to use another company name, or no BMC-84/85 on file. Several? Slow down or walk away. https://t.co/GwGkJJOhfQ #Trucking#OwnerOperator#Dispatch
