@SnackAdler277 draw/restart deals are boring, require no skill, and should not be allowed. Only deals that keep the game going should be possible, be creative.
@nsflgsliger i wish that was true, but it's legal according to the rules in europe, and people do it literally every game :/, it's not considered collusion because they all do it to get a draw rather than making one single guy win
just played a game as emiel going 4th on a mull to 3 and the kinnan on second seat went for the win on his t3 and that turn ended with a 3v1 draw deal (against me)
Imo restart deals and draw deals are completely anti-game. cEDH is all about someone trying to assemble a combo and the only way to stop that is by using resources to either combo on top or stop their attempt, which has a risk factor associated with it. That's the game. (1/5)
@SamuelHBlack My Problem with this take is that this might be the case with how cEDH is played in the States, with the way cEDH is played in Europe for example Rhystic is not that problematic (restarts).
Banning a card that is a Problem in one Part of the Format seems uninclusive
This doesn't mean you can't make other kinds of deals in certain scenarios. I believe there's also skill in coming up with creative deals to handle "kingmaking" situations and keep the game going as best as possible. (4/5)
Well when it comes to bans cEDH is the one community affected the most and it's not even close, since casual EDH literally has rule 0. This should be obvious. The last bans ruined the format, because they were done thinking of how the cards affected casual games with rule 0...
@pimpwinneche bring back rain for jcobb and they will be a super team that can win majors, they'll have their best line up ever again except frozen's form this whole year is actually superior to ropz's

@LemorasCards@NorteMTG I didn't realise CEDH was the be all, end all for Commander. Serves me right.
But we're halting any announcements until the 4th seat gets fixed Β―\_(γ)_/Β―
