Massively. Big distance makes good habits harder. You can get a job closer to work and just find yourself losing weight. All of a sudden gym is possible. All of a sudden you’re not too tired to cook. Your social life picks up cos you can accommodate after work drinks with friends. You can be a whole different person simply by working closer to home.
