UPDATE: @E8Markets has responded to the allegations.

According to the firm:

• The trader risked 4% on a single trade idea during evaluation.
• The risk team warned him and explained their risk policy.
• Later, on the funded account, the trader allegedly risked 7% on a single trade idea, despite that warning.
• Instead of terminating the relationship, E8 says they gave him a fresh $500k funded account as a second chance.
• The firm claims the same risk management issues happened again.

these statements are backed by the trade logs shared by @E8Markets this case may not be about unpaid payouts at all, it could be about risk rule violations.

The community has now heard both sides. Traders can review the evidence and decide for themselves.
