Had a really tough morning on placement today, and was feeling really apprehensive about my solo teaching that afternoon. BUT at the end of my lesson a little girl put her hand up and said “Miss Faulkner, you’re the best teacher in the world” 🥺 I almost cried on the spot

Week 3 of placement and my class teacher is shielding for the next 10 days! While I’m incredibly nervous, I’m excited to throw myself into the deep end and step up to take a more active teaching role in his absence
