Nutrition apps are misleading you with raw numbers! The nutriDex adjusts for bioavailability and metabolic conversion, with a clean and intuitive UI! 🔥
Ask them if the Holocaust or animal ag is morally worse. If they say the Holocaust, then (90B*12)/6.5M means a farm animal's life is worth at most 1/166,154 of a human life. Yet these people probably act as though a cow or pig is worth far more than a toenail clipping. 🤷♂️
People say they'd smash a car window to save an animal but then can't be bothered to *choose something else to eat* in order to not cause a pig to be gassed to death
So, apparently my new normal blood glucose is lower than even those in the deepest darkest nutritional ketosis known to man, lmao. Asymptomatic and still eating plenty of carbs, btw.
Depends on how broke I am and how heavily I need to lean into chips and peanut butter for calories, lmao. It probably swings between 20g and 80g per day. Lately, I've been broke, so I've been going buckwild with the peanut butter sandwiches, man. 🤣
@Veganandhorny69@sosaphus@iloveveganpvssy I don't think it's entailed from the view that wild animal suffering should end, that we kill carnivores. It's a practical, pragmatic solution, perhaps, but it's not entailed.
@K_Moneyy24 This is easily the best body comp I've ever had. It's hard to lift consistently on semaglutide, due to generally lower energy levels. But, I have the most muscle and the least fat I've ever had in my adult life. Since being on it I've lost around 20lb.
Another nutriDex update! 💪❤️🎉
Exercise Mode:
• Gap Suggestions: the new magic wand button in the global controls opens a popover suggesting foods to fill the day's nutrient gaps or, in exercise mode, exercises to fill the week's per-muscle session gaps (optionally filtered by equipment type).
• Per-Set Weight and Reps: each set on an exercise entry carries its own weight and rep count via a "View Sets" button. This way you can have different weights and reps per set.
• Exercise Search Filters: Two multi-select dropdowns (muscles and equipment) now allow exercises to be dialed in by anatomical region and equipment type at once.
• Weekly Plan Overview: an overview section has been added to the exercise planner that shows all seven days as tiles listing each day's exercises, so the whole plan is visible at a glance.
Nutrition Mode:
• Nutrient Ratio Rankings: added the twelve nutrient-ratio pairs (K:Na, Ca:Mg, n6:n3, Phy:Fe, etc.) to the food rankings dropdown, ranking foods by closeness to each pair's optimum direction.

@nicknorwitz@realDaveFeldman I've asked a couple times so I will try again. Will the individual baseline and follow up heartflow data be shared publicly from your pre-print?
@ITISNICKMELLO@MasculineM7 What you mean to say is that it doesn't matter with respect to the tangential point you've introduced. Sure, that's fine. However, it does matter for the point being made in by the OP, which is who I'm responding to. 🙂
So, I'm working on a new feature for the nutriDex that suggests foods and exercises to automatically fill in gaps in your diary. In exercise mode, it's literally suggesting that I suck a dick, hahaha. 🤣
My understanding of bad faith scopes over assuming less charitable interpretations of others' actions and motivations. For example, say the messaging was originating from the same individuals. My default credence wouldn't be that they're attention-seeking, it would be that their views are being updated. Y'know, because I'm not an uncharitable dick.
@froggoidiot@MasculineM7 Ah, so the answer to this question is yes, then. Good to know, I guess. It explains a lot about your behaviour.

@froggoidiot@MasculineM7 You yourself cannot seem to provide an example of the messaging literally originating from the same people, at any level of temporal disparity; different messages in the same instance, or different messages over time. Again, why your default credence lands there is a mystery. lol
It's not clear those cases are expected, honestly. But now it sounds like you're saying that the messaging could be originating from the same subset, but one is now an updated view? Okay, good. That sounds like the woman involved are updating their views and taking ownership of a misstep. Is that supposed to be bad?
