@Pidge @Samtm023 Not just that, but also the maintenance cost of the underground space is really high (lighting, ventilation, etc.) so a management company needs to charge at least €100 per month per space.

@MichealLehane Great idea. Based on my own observation, the car parks of the apartments that are in good locations are never more than 1/3 full.
The regulation requires 1 space per apartment without even considering whether each resident wants/needs it.
Complete waste of money.
