Few days back I was in zonal office and within 2 hours one AGM attended 5 VC from head office .that AGM is looking after 14 departments in that zonal office at one point of time 2 VC was going on simultaneously.timing was between 3 PM to 5 PM .
What we are achieving by too many review meetings even GOD does not know because business wise we are trailing SCB by huge margin .
Bhere kam and gareriya jyada hone per yahi hota hai
For same works first CGM fron HO calls to zone then GM calls for the same work followed by calls from DGM AGM and chief managers.all these senior officers in HO should look inwards and see what value addition they are doing to drive business of the bank or improve supervisory quality of the management.are they really justifying their salary barring few .It looks like there are too many idle senior officers in our HO . unfortunately every efforts to downsize HO staff strength by successive MD & CEO has failed for the reasons best known to everybody.
