IDBI Bank has a legacy of serving the nation and contributing to India's economic development. Why should a vital public institution be handed over to private interests without adequately addressing its wider social and public responsibilities?

⚖️ PRIVATISATION THREATENS MORE THAN JOBS!

🔴 10,693 SC/ST/OBC/EWS employees deserve protection of their rights and opportunities.
🔴 The future of reservation in recruitment and promotions must be safeguarded.
🔴 The interests of women employees and persons with disabilities must not be ignored.
🔴 Job security, service conditions and career growth must be protected.
🔴 Public interest must take precedence over private profit.
