It was a great pleasure for our team to visit @UPHLS to discuss our existing partnership and explore opportunities for further collaboration. ๐คThe meeting provided an opportunity to strengthen our shared commitment to advancing inclusive and equitable WASH, ensuring that people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups are meaningfully included in efforts towards universal access to water, sanitation and hygiene.
We look forward to continuing our collaboration towards WASH services that leave no one behind.

Inclusion works best when it is led by the people it is meant to serve. Joining @uphls to celebrate 20 years of impact reminded us of our shared mission to put persons with disabilities at the heart of Rwandaโs health and development.ย
@unicefrw is proud to stand with you!

Building a more inclusive healthcare system starts with collaboration. @UPHLS successfully convened advocacy meetings in @RuhangoDistrict@Gicumbi_Rwanda , bringing together health facility managers, district leaders, and Organizations of Persons with Disabilities to champion accessible healthcare for all.
Together, we're promoting practical solutions from ramps and accessible toilets to disability inclusion training for healthcare workers so that no one is left behind.
Thank you to @RwandaHealth, @RuhangoDistrict, @GicumbiDistrict, and @commonwealthfnd for supporting the journey toward equitable and inclusive healthcare.
