@CrossCountryUK the train manager (I think) was so friendly this evening. Nice to see great customer service! Such a lovely guy. It was the 17:30 from Birmingham to Edinburgh.

@GMB It's as much as a positive body image as the 'under weight' models are. If you think they should state it isn't healthy to be bigger they would have to do the same for both ends of the spectrum
