Has anyone who was ACTUALLY false banned following last Wednesday’s ban wave had any luck getting their ban revoked? I’m trying to decide if I should even try to appeal mine

@Mr_Wolf_gud_boi @RoseWDaHoodie If you own the game and make a new ubisoft account, you can play quick match and unranked for free on the new account (because the base game is free to play) but you need to purchase the game on the second account to play ranked. Does that answer your question?

@Mr_Wolf_gud_boi @RoseWDaHoodie In all honesty, I think it’s good that they banned people for having alt accounts because it does fuel the cheating problem with evading bans. Maybe I’ll come back in a couple years with a new PC and different IP if the games still alive, I’ll be onto better things for now.

@CobrahR6 I’m in the same situation. I can only assume that it’s because I log in from different IPs because I also travel for work with my laptop but use my actual PC when I’m home. Best of luck with the ban appeal

@Mr_Wolf_gud_boi @RoseWDaHoodie I got banned for having two accounts, I bought them both straight from ubisoft though I’m not sure if that matters. Yeah yeah it also said I was banned for cheating but it said that for everyone who breached TOS. You don’t have to believe me but that’s all I know.

@KamtanaR6 So yes, there are probably currently known cheaters and whatnot who I follow but either they were known differently 5+ years ago or I didn’t know them enough to realize that back when I didn’t know many people in the siege community. I cba to go sift through and unfollow them all

@Honest_Ronaldo7 Alright mister all-knowing ronaldo fan, I DID NOT get banned for playing with a cheater over 2 years ago. You are wrong. The only possible reason I got banned was for having a second account which I created on PC before I could use my xbox account on PC.

@Honest_Ronaldo7 I already know that the aforementioned scenario was not what got me banned, as it was well over two years ago. Secondly, you will not get banned for queuing with cheaters unless you play over 50 games with a cheater, which in my case it was only 3-4 games.

@Honest_Ronaldo7 @Champ_AVN ToS is ToS. How many people do you think have seen content creators playing on alt accounts in lower ranks and think “if they’re doing it, I can do it too”? Many partnered streamers are basically promoting the usage of alt accounts.
