Such a bad experience on @airindia
And we haven’t even started flying. The checkin counters at Delhi Airport Business class were a chaos to start with. Then at boarding after announcing boarding, they cancelled it and kept delaying finally changing to gate. TBC on next post

At the new boarding gate after long delay when we were boarding there were no ques for business. We have finally boarded and so disappointed. It’s a 5 hour flight to Singapore no flat beds no audio / video - what is this nonsense. AI 382

@DelhiAirport I travel very frequently from this airport but the long cues before security are getting longer by the day, clearly more scanning machines are required to manage the traffic. Even with Digiyatra and no checkin luggage it’s taking over an hour unlike other airports
