माणूस मोठा होत जातो तसं त्याच्याकडून अनेक गोष्टी निसटत जातात. काही माणसं, काही स्वप्नं, काही सवयी..आणि एक दिवस लक्षात येतं की गमावलेलं सगळ्यात मौल्यवान काही असेल तर ते स्वतःसारखं मनमोकळं हसणं होतं..बाकी सगळं पुन्हा मिळू शकतं..✍️

सकाळी Runningला चाललो होतो. घराकडून रस्त्याला Turn घेतला. जाताना खालच्या फोटोतील 2 दुकान उघडी दिसली. डावीकडचं किराणा दुकान आणि शेजारचं चहाचं दुकान दोन्ही मारवाडी लोकांचं आहे.

ते सकाळी साडेपाच वाजताच दुकान उघडतात. त्यांनी पाली (राजस्थान)मधून पुण्यात येऊन धंदा सेट केला. चहावाल्यानं औंध, बालेवाडी आणि पुनावळे अशा 3 भागांमध्ये आपले शॉप सुरु केलेत.

सकाळीच मारवाडी किराणा दुकानवाला घरोघरी जाऊन दुधाच्या पिशव्या टाकतो. नंतर कोणाची होम डिलिव्हरी असेल तर ती पोहचवतो. त्यांनी नवीन टेक्नॉलॉजी शिकून घेऊन Zepto आणि Blinkitला टक्कर दिलीय.

हि लोक एकच धंदा करतात. त्यातच लावून धरतात. आपली माणसं गावाकडून आणतात. हळूहळू त्यांना काम शिकवतात आणि दुसरा धंदा टाकून देतात. त्यांची हि Strategy मराठी माणसानं अंगिकारायला हवी. आपण असंच पुढं जायला हवं.

दररोज जिंकायचं असेल, तर दिवसाची सुरुवात स्वतःसाठी करा.

माझी सकाळ साधारण अशी असते…

• पहाटे लवकर ५ वाजता उठतो.फ्रेश होऊन ब्लॅक कॅाफी घेतो.
• त्यानंतर Walking ला जातो.
• Walking वरुन आल्यावर थंड पाण्याने अंघोळ करतो.
• सकाळी एक तास पुस्तक वाचन करतो.
• दिवसाची सुरुवात फोन किंवा सोशल मीडियाने नाही, तर स्वतःमध्ये गुंतवणूक करून करतो.

सकाळी ९ पर्यंत ह्या सगळ्या गोष्टी पूर्ण होतात.

९ वाजता ऑफिसचं काम सुरू होईपर्यंत मी माझ्या शरीरासाठी, मनासाठी आणि ज्ञानासाठी वेळ दिलेला असतो.

पूर्वी वाटायचं, “वेळच मिळत नाही.”
आता समजलं आहे, वेळ मिळत नसतो… तो काढावा लागतो.

सकाळची शिस्त म्हणजे फक्त लवकर उठणं नाही.
ती म्हणजे दिवसभरासाठी स्वतःला तयार करणं.

दररोज स्वतःवर थोडी गुंतवणूक करा.
बाकी जगाला वेळ देण्यासाठी पूर्ण आयुष्य पडलेलं आहे.

सोनं अग्नीतून जातं म्हणून मौल्यवान ठरत नाही..ते अग्नीला स्वतःची ओळख बदलू देत नाही म्हणून मौल्यवान ठरतं. माणसाची किंमतही त्याने किती संकटं पाहिली यावर नसते तर संकटांनी त्याच्यातलं किती जपल यावर ठरते..✍️

A man earning ₹18,000 a month saved little by little to buy a ₹1,350 school bag for his daughter.

While buying it, he told the shopkeeper, "Please give me a strong one. It should last for a long time."

The next day, his daughter proudly took the new bag to school. Her classmates loved it. Everyone wanted to see it. Some opened the zipper, some checked the pockets, and some even tried it on.

While looking at the bag, one child accidentally pulled the zipper too hard, and it broke.

The classroom became silent.

A friend said, "Let's tell the teacher who broke it."

The girl walked toward the teacher but then stopped. She thought, "Dad worked so hard to buy this bag. I'll ask him first what I should do."

When she reached home, she tried to hide the bag, but her father noticed the broken zipper.

He gently asked, "What happened, dear?"

Through tears, she explained everything and asked, "Should I complain to the teacher tomorrow?"

Her father smiled and said, "I'm not worried about the ₹1,350 bag. I'm happy that you didn't blame anyone in anger. Sometimes people make mistakes without meaning to."

The next day at school, the girl whose hands had broken the zipper came to her with ₹500 from her piggy bank and said, "This is all I have right now. I'll pay the rest later."

The daughter refused to take the money.

When she told her father about it that evening, he smiled and said,

"See, if you had argued or complained immediately, you might have lost a friend. But because you stayed calm and trusted her, she got the chance to admit her mistake."

That day, the daughter learned an important lesson:

Money can replace things, but honesty, kindness, and the courage to accept a mistake are far more valuable.

प्रत्येक माणूस आयुष्यात काहीतरी शोधत असतो..कोणी यश, कोणी पैसा, कोणी ओळख पण या सगळ्या शोधात अनेकदा एक गोष्ट हरवते ती म्हणजे मनाची शांतता. ती विकत मिळत नाही, मागून मिळत नाही आणि इतरांकडून उधारही मिळत नाही. ती फक्त तेव्हाच सापडते जेव्हा आपण स्वतःशी प्रामाणिक राहायला शिकतो. कारण बाहेरचं जग जिंकणं सोपं असू शकतं पण स्वतःच्या मनात घर करणं हीच आयुष्याची सर्वात मोठी साधना असते..✍️

माणूस मोठा होतो तो वयाने नाही तर अशा दिवसांनी जेव्हा त्याला स्वतःच्याच डोळ्यांतील पाणी स्वतःलाच पुसावं लागतं. त्या दिवसांनंतर तो पूर्वीसारखा राहत नाही. त्याच्या हसण्यात एक विराम येतो, शब्दांत संयम येतो आणि मनात एक खोल शांतता जन्म घेते. ती शांतता आनंदाची नसते..ती असते आयुष्याने घेतलेल्या प्रत्येक परीक्षेची साक्ष. मग त्याला समजतं की काही प्रश्नांना उत्तरं नसतात, काही नात्यांना शेवट नसतो आणि काही वेदना कधीच संपत नाहीत..त्या फक्त आपल्या अस्तित्वाचा एक भाग बनून राहतात..✍️

आयुष्य खूपच अनप्रेडिक्टेबल आहे राव..
कधी कसं काय घडेल याचा काहीही भरोसा नाहीय.म्हणून आपल्या माणसांना ते आहेत तोवर मनापासून जपायला हवं..
एकदा व्यक्ती निसटली की सगळा रुसवा फुगवा अहंकार सगळंच जागच्याजागी राहून जातं.
शेवटी उरते ती फक्त न बोललेल्या गोष्टींची हुरहूर अन् त्याची आठवण..
