美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）在 2025 年 9 月 23 日发布新闻稿，宣布将启动一个 “tokenized collateral including stablecoins”（包括稳定币在内的代币化抵押品）倡议。

在该公告中，CFTC 表示会与各利益相关方密切合作，并征求公众意见（截止日期是 2025 年 10 月 20 日），在后续可能修改监管规则、开展监管沙盒试点项目等。

说人话就是 CFTC 准备启动在美国��监管的衍生品市场（期货、掉期等）把稳定币和部分加密货币作为抵押品（保证金），类似于保证金的概念。
