@forwardspin111 I think he’s never posting again after 9/11. He’s role playing being there.
Out of character he once said he has tweets queued up thru 10:30 that day - when the North tower collapsed. I think he’s gonna be morbid as hell and live tweet being trapped on an upper floor and dying.
@KaiserBeamz He’s also setting up a weird roleplay of him being in NYC “on a business trip” on 9/11. Wouldn’t be shocked if the account goes quiet that day and never posts again, as though he died in the attacks.
Either way, an absolutely unhinged dude.
@sodagrrl Nope.
“Republic” comes from the Latin “res publica”, meaning “public thing”. A republic is when power sits with the public, as opposed to something like a monarchy.
Direct election of senators is entirely compatible with a republic.
@NikkiHaley Going by your middle name isn't weird....but please be serious. If you were a Democrat, every Republican in America would know that Nikki is your middle name and that Nimarata is your actual name. Trump would be calling you "Nimrod Haley" or something in his stump speeches.
How unbelievably stupid and out of touch do you have to be to think this makes your “buddy” look sympathetic?
His after tax income is north of 300k/year.
Cry me a fucking river, dude.
My buddy’s monthly paycheck in NYC.
Gross paycheck: $52,630
Government: $26,448
Him: $26,183
The government took more than he did.
At what point do we stop calling this taxation and start calling it theft?
Senate terms are for 6 years…
Whoever wins that senate seat this November will hold it for not just the last 2 years of Trump’s term. They will hold it for the entire next presidential term too.
And yes I’m fully aware about the Senate confirming or denying a pick by the POTUS for Supreme Court via simple majority. However, it doesn’t look like any conservative judges will be stepping down between 2026 and 2028. I don’t think Trump will be appointing any more SCOTUS judges for the rest of his term.
What a colossal misread lol
Fetterman’s numbers with Republicans are inflated because they like that he’s a headache for Democrats on certain issues. He still votes with Dems like 90% of the time. He gets destroyed in a GOP primary with his voting record.
I mean, look, Fetterman's only opportunity to remain in the Senate past 2028 is if he switches parties or runs as an independent. He would get crushed in a D primary. Unlike Sinema, he's actually popular enough with Republicans that he could win a GOP primary.
@willieboag@plathiandc And I’m not convinced she *intentionally* voted to save what she did of ACA.
Collins voted no on repeal before McCain shocked everyone by also voting no. If McCain votes yes as expected, it’s repealed. I’m not convinced that Collins is a no if she knows McCain is a no as well.
“If you killed Ted Cruz on the floor of the Senate, and the trial was in the Senate, nobody would convict you.”

I’m sorry, but Lindsey Graham dying out of the blue like this doesn’t make any sense at all.
We have him on camera yesterday looking perfectly healthy.
None of this is making any sense…
@PeterTwinklage Big reason to hope Talarico can pull it off in November is that if he doesn’t, she and her supporters are going to be INSUFFERABLE with the unverifiable claims that she could have won.
@hell_line0 That makes zero sense lmao
"Independence Day" if she ever gets divorced would be the day the divorce is finalized, not the day she got married...
