In this ticket i have incorrectly mentioned a passenger as Male candidate instead of Female.

Someone called me and told me that she works at the idfc credit card department and provided me that link to apply..

@SBICard_Connect @bookmyshow @EdenredInd I redeem the point on my credit card to purchase BMS voucher but whenever i apply it to the BMS site in the gift card section it always says Gift Card Invalid but the validity of that voucher is 6th Oct 2024..

After 5 working days amount was not credited and no response from bank..

@NPCI_NPCI I already lodged complaint in their online grievances portal , ticket no is 7093842.
Call also came from their representative they told me on 1 st feb it will be credited to my account and they closed the complain but on today 03 feb 2024 amount was not credited.

It keep saying from last half hour that all agents are busy they will soon attend the call..
Due to my job i didn't stay at my home which is near to my base branch
