@PremPropLawyers I moved solicitors due to non service, you owe me my initial payment!!! You can't say we did searches, we're going to charge you. You literally have a disaster on your hands, which means you need to compensate me! 1031228.00002
@PremPropLawyers I have moved solicitors and they have requested new searches. Yesterday you called to say you're going to email my existing searches. Due to the stress and anxiety I think I'm due a refund on these. You can't even commit to emailing on time!
@MyHomeMoveHelp I have just submitted a request by email for an explanation of what data of mine was compromised. Under GDPR, you have one calendar month to explain what happened and what risks you have put me under. If I don't receive that, then I can ask the ICO to investigate.
@PremPropLawyers I want my searches that I paid for before COB on Monday. I've gone with a new solicitor because I can't risk this on £550k worth of sale and purchase combined. You need to have offline systems accessible at head office.
@JasonDy66034641 @PremPropLawyers I spoke and said close off the file and send me my searches. They will refund the remaining money you have left over from £375 less the searches and anything else they did
@BrathwaiteLee@PremPropLawyers They are not because the person on the phone said to call back in a few days because they don't have any systems or data.
My advice is anyone whose company name has 'Premier' in their company name, will always never offer a premier service, always the opposite. Stick to local conveyancers who are near you and who are recommended. We always tell anyone not to use #PremierPropertyLawyers
