Iโm so sorry that their actions/inactions are causing this for you too. The lack of genuine problem solving response is unbelievable

@British_Airways day 4 and no luggage, bag tracker still showing this despite that flight being cancelled. Phone calls not resolving the situation - latest one said oh it must be in TLS as it is showing being sent as below ๐คฌ. Please contact me and resolve #BritishAirways

@SimonCalder Hey Simon - what compensation for those of us that flew on 25th May but they didnโt bring our bags! Now 3 days without gear and webtracker hopeless. Been 9 flights to same airport from lhr since - but still no bags
@JWWork_@British_Airways I have the same problem - itโs just one more thing to stress you - like getting 4 emails in a row asking you to describe contents. Just need bag to be sent on a flight to me asap - 3 days now and no useful info - been at least 7 flights here since then
@British_Airways Thanks - I am checking status - keeps showing bag arriving on 26 May on a flight that was cancelled ๐คฌ the link is faulty as showing wrong bag type despite many times updated by me. No one answers the help line. This is not customer service. Ruined hols

@SimonCalder What about compensation when they fly you (on Thursday) but not your luggage - then fail to get it to you - now mia - some holiday with no clothes etc - want more than just the cost of buying essentials after they ruin a holiday
