The view that women are equipped to be pastors, elders, etc. in so-called "conservative" or "confessional" circles is often based upon the implicit view that God's restriction of those offices is not based upon the nature of the case. Rather, they seem to think it as willy-nilly given the assumption that women & men only differ by "plumbing."
