@Zoomcar_India@ZoomcarDEL I booked a WagonR for driving around Delhi as WagonR's boot space adjusts my brother's wheelchair. Not only did the host not fulfill his request but also kept us waiting for the whole day during which all other available WagonRs became unavailable.
@Zoomcar_India you have stopped responding to me completely even on X. There is no customer care available. It is not my fault that the car was still listed eventho the car owner outright refused being associated with ZC. You don't run a QC & innocent customers have to suffer.
The customer care service of @Zoomcar_India@ZoomcarDEL is terrible and only chat accessible. The booking shows to be non refundable but I cannot book any other vehicle other than WagonR. There are no WagonRs available in your fleet at the moment. Kindly advise further steps.

Details: Booked WagonR for its boot space for wheelchair accommodation. Not being able to find another WagonR on Zoomcar. Delay by host and then ultimate denial led to other WagonRs running out of stock.

@Olacabs I took a cab from State Guest House, Chandigarh to Prankster, Sector 26 on Saturday night. The distance was 2km and the estimated fare was approximately Rs. 90/-. Payment was via Paytm. The cab driver Ashutosh Sodha ended the ride after 30km, I got charged Rs. 660/-!!!

@Olacabs@Ola_Delhi@ola_chandigarh when I called the driver, I said, "You might not have ended the ride by mistake so give me back my money. I don't want to lodge a complaint" in the most polite way possible. The driver got aggressive and said "Dhamki kisko de rahi ho Madam?"
