@carmanavenue @univarsity Hey Michael and John. You both were right. Just back from being out of town, and see my mix-up. Didn’t realize we had two pedestrian bridges across Bigelow (until recently). Thanks for putting me in the know.
The head of Syria's antiquities ministry says the stunning mosaic includes scenes from the Trojan War and the mythical battle with the Amazons. https://t.co/xGkqH3YR7G
@carmanavenue @univarsity Wondering if we’re all talking about the same bridge. This one, referred to as the Finland Pedestrian bridge in the Mayor’s press release here, is the one that has been torn down.
Bigelow Blvd is open in both directions following the completion of the emergency demolition of the Finland Pedestrian bridge.
At this point in time the City does not have a firm timeline for if or when a new pedestrian bridge could be completed.
@Pittsburgh@PghDOMI@gainey_ed @MayorEdGainey @TheNextPGH Good news that Bigelow is back open. Any suggestions for how peds can cross now? (Not only is there not a crosswalk, there is a Jersey barrier.)
Move-in Spring 2023: The first 4 of 8 #AffordableHousing units are coming soon to Brereton St. + Dobson St. in #PolishHill, known locally as the 'Fire Site,' where many of the previous structures were destroyed by arson in 2007. https://t.co/nn3Dv2OFUC
@chrisbriem Oh, man. Of course, it looks like our ranking was pretty much the same before the pandemic, but at least then we weren’t really in negative territory.
@chrisbriem Sorry if I’m missing something, does this show that Pgh has had the biggest, or 2nd biggest, decrease (as %) in labor force and employment of largest 40 MSAs, for essentially the past year?
