The CJP protest was illegal, held without permission and under active Sec 163, BNSS. Even so, the state might have overlooked the defiance had it stopped there.

There are a significant number of people who speak Bhojpuri in India, and according to you they are all gawar.
What about Bangali, Tamil, Marathi, Haryanvi,etc. are they all gawar because they don't speak Hindi/English
