i've lowkey been eating around my maintenance for the last THREE days because im incapable of ignoring munchies... today im gonna try to eat under 1000cals and if i can't then it might be time for a little break from edibles π
im just gonna consider them metab days and TRY. to fast today. if possible... i probably will get high again at some point tbh but i've eaten every snack i had already so hopefully that will help?

okay im calling today a metab day.... munchies fucked me up BAD but tbh i have been plateauing anyway so maybe it's for the best :) intake is 2000cals today
@luv1doll i seasoned the chicken with cajun seasoning, salt and pepper and then seasoned the soup itself with that again, oregano + a little bit of hot sauce ^_^ also i didn't add the noodles

anyway broke today's fast with a big ass bowl of homemade chicken soup!! gonna be eating this all week π€€ 263cals 31g protein for 340g!!
@luv1doll LMFAOOOO DW you are so real for that ππ this is the recipe i used (took out some veggies and added different ones + used more chicken) if you wanna make it :3 for the chicken thighs i just baked them in the oven for 40 mins & flipped hallway and then shredded them up

@sweetlysage9 i start worrying when it's above like 350 but if i know it's gonna be very filling then im okay with maybe 450... over 500 scares me though
