One suggestion regarding cancellation charges.
There are bookings where travellers don't get any money due to heavy cancellation charges. What if travellers skip flights without information. Make better policy which benefits both.

The concept is good and attractive but it will work only if facility is available for sport.
You guarantee partner, but please also give guarantee for facility(like badminton court).
