I’ve tried calling, emailing, requesting but have been receiving same response. I’ve asked for a call with the “Superior Team” several times. And yet no call has been initiated.

@makemytrip I cancelled a flight booking on 27 June 2022 (yes, last year). And yet, in September 2023 (over 14 months later) no refund in sight. What I have instead is an inbox full of copies of this email from your executives. Too much to ask for my money back? #MakeMyTrip

@airindiain I'd requested assistance on this earlier too. I keep trying to call your customer service, but nobody there knows anything. I was assured of a 100% refund as the cancellation was because of changes at your end. But I have only rcd 10%. Pls arrange an urgent call back.

@airindiain This just keeps getting better. You changed my flight dates, which forced me to cancel my ticket. You assured me a full refund, but then an airline cancellation fee (almost 90%) was deducted. Why am I being charged cancellation when the fault is at your end?

@airindiain I was booked on Air India flights between Jaipur and Kolkata, but both my flights are "delayed by 24 hours". customer service is no help, call keeps disconnecting. need someone to call me back and sort this out NOW!

@ACTFibernet trying to get in touch with someone at your end for days now. Have tried calling, messaging, emailing - nothing works. My connection has been suspended citing non-payment of bill - which is not possible since we just got the connection installed with a 6 month plan.
