Every time we call, same reply: “issue will be resolved shortly.” Nothing improves.

All villagers are paying around ₹899 for 90 days, expecting proper service – but in return, we get barely usable internet and unreliable network coverage. Meanwhile, if a recharge is missed, we are immediately reminded with 2–3 calls.
