A study revealed that multiple inauthentic accounts (bots) shared posts falsely associating the singer with Donald Trump and supremacist ideologies.

The study shows that, on October 6th and 7th, 35% of posts came from profiles with typical bot behavior. On October 13th and 14th, after the launch of new merch this number rose to 40%.
