@ethodunit I never blocked anybody who rightfully called out Skizz. The people that are claiming they got blocked, are blocked since 2 years or longer. The reason they got blocked is, that they wished death upon my child thinking I am a Zionist. They still say that about me. Which is a lie.

I’m hoping his example either leads to more Hermits also stepping up and making their voices known, or at the very least appropriate action is taken against sk*zz so that the community can feel a little bit safer.

It’s really a shame how all of the stuff that’s happening on Hermitcraft right now is a consequence of one singular man (sk!zz). Huge respect to Xisuma for stepping up, retracting his defense of him and apologising for being ignorant.

In regards to the statement put out by skizz, I am glad that some of the recent points have been cleared up. But it's clear that there's still more than needs to be addressed by him. He's stated that he'll be going offline for a bit, so I only hope that when he comes back-

-he continues this statement and clarifies where he stands in terms of bigotry, racism, etc.
The best case scenario, imo, is that he truly does learn from this, improves as a person, and continues as a member of hermitcraft as a better man. After all, he is friends with the-

I really do hope we get some Hermit responses to this stuff. It's getting harder to ignore by the minute, and inaction and prolonged silence about one of their members/friends will only lead to growing frustration and distress.

The hermits really gotta have some conversations abt Skizz. I don’t want the other hermits to be involved, but the matter of the fact is that nothing has really changed since his last apology, and it’s having a negative effect on the wider community and hermitcraft as a whole.

He needs to understand that some perspectives are objectively harmful. He needs to understand that continuing to be around people with such perspectives only creates discord within the community. He needs to be the fence that keeps those people out, not the door that lets them in
