We have now asked CDC’s acting director, @DrJBhattacharya, to at least recognize that an adverse event its manufacturer states it has a basis to believe is causally related to its vaccine product should be a contraindication to further vaccination. This would allow medical exemptions for these valid reasons. Will he make this commonsense update…?

For additional context, CDC’s list of contraindications and precautions is what medical providers typically use to decide whether to write their patient a medical exemption to a vaccine. The requested edit would add to this list adverse events listed in Section 6 of a given vaccine’s package insert. This make sense because Section 6, as required by federal law, lists “only those adverse events for which there is some basis to believe there is a causal relationship between the drug and the occurrence of the adverse event.” 21 CFR 201.57. And so if a child suffers an adverse event following a dose of vaccine that is listed by the manufacturer in Section 6, common sense dictates that this should be a contraindication for a future dose of that vaccine.

Confused why a lawyer would be talking about vaccines? It's because mandates infringe on civil and individual rights. Pushing mandates by claiming vaccines are "safe and effective" made this claim a legal and political issue. To reverse course, end mandates, immunity to liability, and gov't involvement. But that is unlikely to happen willingly because these products can't survive on their own merit.

These 4 groups understand the need to simultaneously protect against: (1) infectious disease, (2) vaccine injury, and (3) violations of informed consent.

Despite being only 4 of the 33 liaison members to ACIP (the other 29 are rabid vaccine zealots that promote vaccinating children like cattle), the legacy media will no doubt cry that somehow adding a little balance is unfair.

Ther reality is that their concern, consciously or unconsciously, stems from the fact these 4 groups will present facts and evidence that do not fit the legacy media's beliefs. That is what really scares them...

TITLE: Eight Years After Deposing Dr. Plotkin, the “Godfather of Vaccines,” He Sends Me a Letter

BYLINE: Plotkin writes he will be “credited for protecting millions of children” and I will be “responsible for dead and sick unvaccinated children”

After my book Vaccines, Amen was published, I received a letter from Dr. Stanley Plotkin, the “Godfather of Vaccines.” This is the first time in the eight years since I deposed him that he has contacted me, despite his endless public and private complaints and tirade related to that deposition.

His efforts in the months and years post-deposition included:

- having the WHO declare those hesitant to receive vaccines a global threat;

- demanding FDA amend vaccine package inserts to include more trial information (which never occurred because it does not exist);

- demanding CDC remove harms listed on vaccine information statements (such as removing “brain damage” from MMR’s vaccine information statement);

- holding a closed-door meeting in London with leading vaccinologists (his disciples) to produce studies to validate, not study, vaccine safety; and

- numerous other unfortunate acts designed to support his a priori beliefs regarding vaccines, hide their harms, and dehumanize anyone who questions his orthodoxy or declines to vaccinate.

Despite his best efforts, he was not able to put the truths he was forced to admit in that deposition back in the bottle; nor have his efforts succeeded in bullying everyone into injecting without thinking.

While the deposition, as he once wrote, was “traumatic” and “exhausted” him, my book has clearly pushed him far over the edge. Yet, again, and unsurprisingly, his only response, as you will see in his letter, is not about the substance of the book, but rather about how he (the world’s leading vaccinologist) needed more time to prepare for the deposition and that it went too long.

He does, again in usual vaccinologist style, end his letter with a conclusory unsupported claim, that he will be “credited for protecting millions of children” and I will be “responsible for dead and sick unvaccinated children.”

As you will see from his letter and my response, I made offers to give him a redo on the deposition as well as offered constructive steps towards protecting all children, including those injured by vaccines. He never responded to those overtures.

Given the lack of response, the best potential for these letters to do good is to make them public. I trust you will find that these letters provide sharp insight into the overall issue with vaccinology, vaccines, and the religion that Dr. Plotkin and his disciples have developed around these products.

The AAP will never accept anything Secretary Kennedy produces; that much is clear. But that's not the point.

The point is that they need a study like the Henry Ford study as a first step. Because right now, the data "doesn't exist." And the people who claim to be so certain that vaccines are safe have never once been asked to prove it with the most basic comparison in science.

A Henry Ford-style vaccinated vs. unvaccinated study isn't radical. It's the bare minimum. And parents across this country are waking up to that fact.

They're asking the question that no one in mainstream medicine wants to answer: "Why can't you do a study that shows me your side is right?"

The power is in the people. Parents opting out. Parents questioning. Parents are refusing to accept "trust us" as a substitute for actual data. That is what is going to force doctors to eventually say, "Parents are concerned. Where is the research they're asking for? We're so sure vaccines don't cause problems. What are we worried about?"

What ARE they worried about?

Secretary Kennedy is moving the needle. But so are you - every time you ask the question, every time you opt out, every time you refuse to accept a system that has never once had to prove itself to the people it serves.

You would assume vaccines for newborns are tested more carefully than anything else we give a child. They’re not.

The hepatitis B vaccine, injected on day one of life, was tested on just 147 babies. No saline placebo group. No comparison group. And the safety follow-up lasted only five days.

FIVE DAYS.

That is not science. It’s also not informed consent. That is blind faith. For some, it’s religion.
