@CraigHorbinski In the contex of mesial temporal lobe resection, would think of focal cortical dysplasia (epilepsy) which has also been associated with neuronal satellitosis. Can we see the hippo?
@CraigHorbinski Great example of (peri)neuronal satellitosis (clustering of glial cells -often oligodendrocytes- around a neuron’s cell body). Can be found in normal ageing brains but also often associated with infiltrative high grade gliomas as described by Scherer.
