It comes with the Starlink Mini dish, an extra back piece if you want to mount it to a pipe, a power cable, and a power brick. That’s it.

It doesn’t come with a separate WiFi router like the Starlink Standard. The Mini dish has a built-in WiFi router.

@Murshid409 @Starlink Rain somewhat slows down the internet speed but you don’t completely lose internet similar to satellite tv.

My Starlink Mini is placed on the rooftop and I use its built-in router.

When you’re right next to the dish, download speeds can go up to around 300Mbps. But the speed drops in different rooms depending on how far you are from it.
