@Mintmobile horrible customer service. I've tried all day to switch my eSIM to a new phone, but they can't get it to work and refuse to refund my money even though they can't switch my eSIM. Boo

#OnePlus there is not a company with worse customer service. They have had my return since the 19th of August and still have not even looked at the phone, assured me it would be resolved by the 17th. Now saying the 23rd. Never again
@Lufthansa_USA Yes I sent an email and called and still have not heard back. I did everything I was told to do. You company just has no customer service.
#OnePlusOpen I loved my phone until I had to deal with customer service. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. And I purchased a warranty and 24 hour replacement plan, which was a waisted purchase.
If you are a business thinking of switching to #tmobile, don't. We were with sprint for 15 years and had wonderful support and service. #tmobile customer service is awful, especially Business support. I miss sprint
@myomnipod what a horrible run company. I was told over a year ago that they were working on an App to work on the Iphone. You must have the worst engineers in the world. Banks, Hospitals, US Gov't, my doctor has an app available for both but you are "still working on it".
@TMobile as a company has destroyed all the good will and great business that once was sprint. Over six month ago they called me and offered me a promotion, after I said yes to the promotion they then took away another promotion and I did not get the promotion they offered.
