At the moment, USD and EUR virtual accounts are not available in Kenya due to our provider's current policy and coverage limitations.
We are actively working on expanding access to more regions, including Kenya. Once these virtual accounts become available in Kenya, we will make an official announcement across our channels.

@techzz Hi Kojo, just to clarify, the $0.45 isnโt a penalty, itโs a small fee applied when a payment attempt is made, even if it doesnโt go through. This can happen due to insufficient funds or authorization issues.
