@BTCDumbMoneyAPE@PeterSchiff@Black_Horse_34@saylor He holds very little physical gold. Mostly what he holds is mining stocks, which have performed poorly. He’s lecturing somebody with far more success than he has on a portfolio he doesn’t hold. It’s strange.
@PeterSchiff@MiguelCuneta Keep in mind, Peter has massive bets against the US economy. “EuroPacific”…basically betting on major economies outside of the US. Also gold miners. All underperforming US last decade. Weird that he wouldn’t want the damage to be larger as larger damage benefits his funds more.
@herncosta@SAMIAM775@C__Herridge@SecRubio OK. Let me know how that EU thing works out. I hear they require Euro adoption to join the EU now. I'm sure you'll never miss your loonies.
I never said the US props up Canada. I just believe that the Canadian economy is heavily dependent upon the US. You can’t even sell meaningful amounts of oil without sending it through the US. And yes, Germany props up the EU (or at least the Eurozone). What’s wrong with what I’m saying?
@herncosta@SAMIAM775@C__Herridge@SecRubio Yes. Join the EU. Figure out how to prop up Germany, as they prop up the rest of the EU, as your country deals with its own economic problems. Resources don’t seem to make resource rich countries rich. Tariffs won’t help either.
@dotkrueger@crypt0e There will always be a cheaper “chain” that can do the same thing all the way until you get an onion routed protocol to access a SQL cluster hosted in a “crypto friendly” nation.
@Nimomenon@doqholliday Even in the age of the printing press, the Mormons have had to change it thousands of times to correct errors, remove racism, and refine doctrinal points. To say it's never been altered or edited is a lie https://t.co/e0U2iUwLTU
@BobMurphyEcon I love your conclusion. The best answer is to have the government exit the business of money completely. I think that's too bold of a move for it to happen voluntarily.
@cameron All bills should be held in a Git repository so we can track who submitted changes. We have the technology. They don't want that kind of transparency and accountability though (or at least, their donors don't)
