Starting with the latest version of @usemailbridge you can now embed a chat widget directly on your website. We realise that a chat widget provides a faster medium of comms with your customers than the more tedious mailbox. So we've checked that off.
But your chat agent is fully powered by your knowledge base. We already provide access to Notion, website url and zendesk as options to build up your knowledge base. You can also just write it yourself, upload documents such as pdfs, docx and md.

The PostHog experience is peak. This is how it should be. I'm guessing this was informed by a lot of customer feedback. Guess how you can obtain customer feedback easily?
What if your website could handle 70% of support questions on its own? And know exactly when to bring in a human? That's what we've been working on. More soon.
Something we've been building quietly. AI chat for your website, powered by your knowledge base. Answers the easy stuff automatically. Knows when to loop in a human. Drops the conversation straight into Slack. Coming soon. 🔔
Mailbridge started with support emails, but we quickly realized the problem was much bigger. Soon, you’ll be able to build AI chat widgets that handle customer conversations, answer questions, and escalate to your team on Slack or Discord when needed.
