@commissionase I think it’s got more to do with the fact that his reputation could only get worse from where he is now and he knows B’mouth will crumble next year with Europe. He’s got the best chance of landing a big job and he’s cashing in on it.

@LG_Gambles @jsfareez @UtdMenace That was the point though, using Bruno as a dictator of play (due to a lack of alternatives) in a Modric/kroos-like role and have Kobbie learn from him all about tempo etc. Kobbie had the legs for the role but not the understanding of the game yet, naturally for his age

@nsubugakasozi @UtdMenace I disagree with him not changing in game tactics, almost every game we played better in the second half than in the first. He also made massive changes from last season to this one, as the season progressed too. even got praise for ‘finally adapting’ when we won 3 in a row

@jsfareez @UtdMenace I think it was more down to a lack of options. He had Bruno, Kobbie, Case, and Ugarte and realistically only Bruno is capable of dictating play and rhythm. Imo the plan was for Kobbie to be Bruno’s understudy and take over when he eventually leaves.
