@UbisoftSupport my case number is 25985820 please support i’ve been hacked numerous times i just want my account back they unlinked my accounts, and changed the email even thought i had 2fa enabled it makes no sense? please help
@UbisoftSupport i made a report about my account being hacked and it hasn’t been looked into this has happened many times and now they have unlinked my playstation and xbox from the account i have literal proof of me on the account playing i dont understand why there’s no help

hi someone has changed my password on ubisoft on dec 10 and this was not me i realised yesterday when i was on my pc and tried to play siege so i needed to login to ubisoft connect i put in the password its supposed to be and it said it is wrong i kept trying 1/?
i checked my spam and there was the password change email and so now i tried logging in and pressing reset password it says we will send you an email but there has been none sent i have tried 3 times and for some reason the previous emails from ubi are in my spam when they 3/4
@UbisoftSupport Is my case being looked at you said soon i’m hoping they will be in touch anytime now is there an estimated time since i have done this 3 times and no response other then a automated email regarding the case
