@CardinalNichols …. The 95 year old should not be here, to tell the tale. But I know I breathed the breath of the Holy Spirit into his lungs, brain and body. Later years is holistic care of the mind, body and spirit. My remit, you might say is to help the spirit, live life to the full!

@CardinalNichols The bill must NOT b successful, we must defeat it. I recently used my first Aid scouting skills 2 save a 95 year old. He was choking + had stopped breathing. Amongst all medical odds, after 10 mins of working on him, I brought him back, medical experts highly commended the team.

@CardinalNichols I was asked to take on a recent additional role and ask questions related to end of life and that was to ask them have they got a DNAR in place. I refused to do it as it compromised my position and relationship with them, as their chaplain.

@CardinalNichols As a chaplain to older people in later life, I c at 1st hand the occurring problems we have, with aving a DNAR in place. God help us if this bill goes a head, the decision is taken out if their hands and placed in the hands of the 1s they love. The wrong decisions will be made!

@clairebubblepop Well said Clair! I’m feed up with people not understanding! There’s a difference between immigrant and Asylum! Most of us will av ancestors who were immigrants who chose 2 go 2 that country 2 settle into a better life! The other is to seek refuge! Our help and support! We r 1 🌏
