.:Ĥanafī jurists: Shab-e-Barā’at:.
Here a few passages are presented from books of Ĥanafī Fiqh which show that it is mustaĥab [recommended] in the Ĥanafī Madh’hab to remain awake in this night for worship.
@tempkashmir@2413layman@FarisHammadi yeah alwan doesn’t know what he’s talking about, thanks for this clip cause it shows he hasn’t read the works of the salaf as that isn’t ibn hazms position lmao
Ibn Taymiyyah On Blind-Following
Ibn Taymiyyah (d. 728) believed that if a Muslim chooses to “blind-follow (taqlīd) any scholar from those who are traditionally followed (muqalladīn),” it is entirely acceptable and lawful (jāʾiz) for him to act according to that opinion if he himself does not believe it to be wrong.
In other words, if a Muslim approaches a scholar, asks a question, receives an answer, blindly follows it without understanding the evidence or reasoning behind it and has no objection to it, then he is on the right path and not against the sunnah in any way, shape or form.
He expressed this opinion to his student al-Bazzār (d. 749) when he asked him about his few jurisprudential works.¹
@tempkashmir@2413layman@FarisHammadi v18 p148 from ibn baz’s majmu, he verbatim says there’s no distinction between not ruling by the entire sharr’ and not ruling by a singular law. and he places both of them under kufr duna kufr. the position you mentioned isn’t his funny enough.
@tempkashmir@2413layman@FarisHammadi and next time bidhnillah, let’s include the full clip and not cut it out to 1:20. https://t.co/bzGvllcAIe
Here he verbatim states after 1:45 (same clip just longer) that if they agree that what they’re doing is haram and they continue, they’re Muslims who are fussaq lol
@tempkashmir@2413layman@FarisHammadi ibn baz here refers back to itiqad, which is his known position lmao. you can’t argue for ibn baz’s position because he says it has to go back to the action of istihlal, he doesn’t say the action itself is ridda as he says he has become pleased with another hukm lmao.
People are having verbal diarrhea online talking about Shaykh Abū Khadījah and Salafī Publications, day and night. This will not harm them; rather, it will be a means for their statuses to be raised higher, bi idhnillāh.
@tempkashmir@2413layman@FarisHammadi you’re a retarded khariji, only us madakhila hold to tashri’am being ridda. you guys believe tashri of a singular man made law is ridda by the action itself which no scholar from ahlul sunnah has preceded you in, neither does it have adilla.
@Mamanoell every time i see a woman have access to free speech on this app, my eman goes up. not due to them saying something good, rather it’s the exact opposite. they yap such idiotic nonsense it correlates back to them being naqisat al ‘aql. wa-lilla al-hamd.
