美国保诚保险 @Prudential 用AI幻觉，把“别人的病历”写进了我的病假拒赔文件？上诉仍维持拒赔？
这不是段子，是我正在处理的一起真实联邦诉讼。

我 2024 年 sick leave 被 Prudential 拒赔。
然后我仔细看拒赔信，发现里面出现了一些非常诡异的医疗记录：
• 一个我从未见过的护士执业医师（NP）
• 2024 年 3 月、5 月的门诊——我根本没有去过
• 我的门诊实际上是从 2024 年 11 月 开始的
• 一份日期为 2024 年 8 月 27 日的 functional assessment——但在我手里的 1,232 页完整记录里根本找不到
• 甚至还有关于 standing、walking、lifting，以及——

“lawn care”

看到这里我真的愣了一下。
因为当时我住的是芝加哥市中心的公寓。

我根本没有 lawn。
我怎么可能维护草坪？

更离谱的是，我提出这些问题后，保险公司在 appeal 阶段仍然维持了拒赔，并把我的材料称为 “duplicate”。

我的前雇主 法国兴业银行 ，@SocieteGenerale 和 @SocGen_US 也是这起联邦诉讼中的被告。

所以现在问题已经不只是“保险公司为什么拒赔”。
而是：

一份 1,232 页的医疗记录里，为什么会出现我没有经历过的医疗事件？

目前案件正在美国伊利诺伊州北区联邦法院审理：
No. 1:26-cv-03987
我已经请求法院进行 de novo review，而不是 remand。

还有一个细节：
那个 NP 的名字，在这 1,232 页记录的其他地方都没有出现。
而 index 204 的 invoice 甚至只是一个占位符：
“Referred to Invoices.”

我不会在这里替法院下结论。让联邦法院的卷宗自己说话。

但如果你看到一份属于自己的医疗记录，里面出现了一个陌生医生、从未发生的门诊，甚至还有不存在的“草坪护理”——
你会怎么做？

🔥 @saturdayrobotic × @siggraph 2026 Birds of a Feather was a full house. 🔥 Packed room, packed discussions, packed with hot takes.

A huge thank you to all of our speakers and everyone who joined the conversation on World Models for Robotics: Bridging Graphics, Simulation, and Physical Intelligence.

Some themes that sparked the most discussion:
• Neural rendering is shifting from images for humans to representations for machines, with learnable light transport, neural materials, and rendering pipelines optimized for downstream AI.
• Differentiable simulation is becoming practical, as new surrogate-gradient methods dramatically reduce memory and compute while preserving optimization quality for long-horizon physics.
• Deployable humanoids require full-stack intelligence—agentic interfaces, semantic safety, CBF-guided control, and unified whole-body policies—not just stronger foundation models.
• Across graphics, simulation, robotics, and physical AI, the boundaries are disappearing. The future stack is increasingly shared.
