We're proud to announce that Tutti is now listed as No.1 on https://t.co/o0ii9KgjQy.
We're on our mission to give builders and creators extra channels to monetize their influence.
“Tell me about yourself” doesn’t mean “tell me your whole life story.”
A simple way to answer it is:
1. Start with who you are.
“I’m a project manager with experience supporting teams and delivering projects across different stages.”
2. Talk about what you’ve done.
“In my previous roles, I’ve managed timelines, coordinated stakeholders, tracked deliverables, and helped ensure projects were completed efficiently. One project I’m particularly proud of was…”
3. Connect it to the role.
“I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can bring that experience into a team where I can contribute, take on bigger responsibilities, and continue growing.”
That’s it.
You don’t need to mention everything you’ve ever done. Pick the experiences that make you relevant to the role you’re interviewing for.
Think: Who you are → What you do → What you want.
The internet has already decided who was right and who was wrong. I’m more interested in what this moment can teach us.
There are workplaces where calling your boss by their first name is completely normal. There are also workplaces where titles, age and hierarchy carry significant cultural meaning.
Knowing which environment you’re in isn’t a weakness. It’s workplace intelligence.
And this is something I think younger professionals need to hear:
You don’t have to lose your personality, confidence or voice to be professional. But you do need to learn how to read a room.
Know when to challenge.
Know when to ask questions.
Know when a first-name culture applies.
And know when respect requires you to understand the cultural context you’re operating in.
At the same time, companies need to stop using “cultural fit” as an excuse to hire people who simply look and behave like everyone already in the room.
The real goal should be cultural alignment + competence + adaptability.
You want people who can do the job, represent your organisation well, understand its values and still bring their own perspective to the table.
That’s the kind of hiring companies should be building.
And honestly, that’s part of the reason solutions like VampAI matter.
The right talent isn’t just someone who looks good on paper.
It’s someone who can do the work, adapt to the environment and fit into the culture without losing what makes them valuable.
If you’re looking for talent that combines competence, adaptability and cultural alignment, VampAI can help you find them.

You don’t need five years of experience to get hired.
You need evidence that you can solve problems.
That’s what recruiters are really looking for.
If you’ve led a school project, volunteered, managed a WhatsApp community, helped a family business, freelanced, or built personal projects, you’ve already gained experience, you just may not have presented it that way.
Here are five ways to strengthen your CV, even if you’re just starting out:
✅ 1. Stop saying you have “no experience.”
That group project where you led 4 people to a deadline? That WhatsApp community you moderate? That’s community management. That small business your aunty runs that you’ve been quietly helping with content and pricing? That’s marketing and ops experience, you just never put it on paper.
✅ 2.Turn activities into achievements.
Don’t write: “Member of press club.”
Write: “Wrote and edited weekly bulletin for 200+ students, cutting publishing errors by editing before print.”
✅ 3. Highlight relevant skills.
Group them: tools you can use (Excel, Canva, CapCut), things you’re good at doing (communication, research, problem-solving), and things you picked up from unrelated places that still apply (budgeting from running your class dues, yes, that counts).
✅ 4. . Certifications close the gap fast.
A free Google, Meta, or HubSpot certificate finished in the last few months tells a recruiter you took initiative before anyone paid you to. It’s one of the fastest ways to offset a thin work history.
✅ 5. Lead with your strengths.
If your projects, certifications, or skills are stronger than your work history, don’t hide them. Make them the first thing recruiters see.
At VampAI, we’ve seen talented entry-level candidates miss opportunities, not because they lacked potential, but because their CV didn’t communicate it effectively.

If I were job hunting in the energy sector, I’d be at @spenigeria
Not because opportunities only live inside conference halls but because the right conversation, at the right time, can open a door that a hundred applications can’t.
This year’s theme, “Thriving in the Evolving Global Energy Landscape: Collaborative Growth and Resilience,” says it plainly: the sector’s next chapter won’t be built by companies alone, it’ll take the right people, in the right rooms, moving with it.
NAICE brings that room together: engineers, policymakers, investors, young professionals, and the companies shaping where energy goes next.
If you’re building a career in energy, whatever your specialty, this is where you:
• Get in front of the people actually making hiring and investment decisions
• Understand where the industry is heading, before it’s public knowledge
• Build visibility that goes beyond a CV in an inbox
At VampAI, we believe great talent deserves to be discovered and resilience starts with the people, not just the strategy.
📍 NAICE 2026 holds August 3–5 at Eko Hotels & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
