@JioCare It took me some 15 minutes to reach your call center and she took another 10 minutes of my working day time to register the complaint. Why do you need so much time? When the customer says internet not working, can't you register the complaint immediately and spare us the torture?
@JioCare My jio fibre is not working since morning. Not sure which ignorant person created this useless troubleshooter app. To use the app, you need internet, so you turn off the wifi and use mobile data. Then the troubleshooter runs and says no internet issue!
@tgspdcl Your staff at Ameerpet office needs to stop shouting at customers for no reason. My bill was double paid last 2 months due to some PhonePe error. My bill was showing full amount without any adjustments, so I went there. (Cont below)
@tgspdcl And big question to you. Why should we visit these offices to adjust the bill? The excess amount paid in the previous month should automatically get adjusted. We are in the 21st century and your systems are in the 18th. @PhonePe and other systems are not letting us adjust it

@HDFC_Bank Kindly tell me why my current bill was not paid on the scheduled date and why no alert was sent to me. Also, why there is no manual payment option in your app? Tech is in the AI era, and @HDFCBank_Cares is still in the 20th century. Couldn't you at least send an alert?
@IndianOilcl It will be very helpful if you can send an SMS when our cylinder is out for delivery like couriers do. Booked cylinder 10 days back and struggling to manage office and home wondering when the cylinder will come. The 'bill generated' SMS is not helpful at all.
